For example, if your job is stressing you out, take a break from it by leaving the premises or simply take a few minutes to relax or meditate. Learn self-hypnosis or meditation and its value. You would be amazed at how just taking a deep breath in and holding it for a moment while picturing your relaxing center opening can relax you. Make sure you sleep soundly at night and build resistance to illness. Stress can lead to a weakened immunity. Stay positive. This is critical in building your own reality.

I very much agree with her here. Your mental attitude has a big influence on how you are able to cope with stress.
