It’s True: Hypnosis Can Really Help You To Lose Weight And Be Motivated To Exercise

Alan Gilchrist recently published an article about his 25 years of experience practicing hypnosis. He has come across some quiet strange phobias – like the fear of gold – and has helped people to overcome them.

One of the most common hypnosis treatments he does is to help people lose weight.

He also quotes one of his former hypnosis clients:

I would recommend anybody to try it, but to make it even more effective to exercise regularly 3 – 4 times a week to help the metabolism and tone those muscles to make your body look good and feel great with the weight loss (Alan puts it into the session to do just that).

This was about hypnotic weight loss. Of course, working out 3-4 times a week will help you to lose weight, but what’s the point if you don’t do it? Hypnosis can help you to find the motivation to exercise.
