It shouldn’t come as a surprise to you that we love what hypnosis downloads can do for you. There are so many areas of your life that you can improve with hypnosis downloads, it’s just amazing.

Now a lot of people listen to their hypnosis downloads in the morning, on their way to work.
The problem with that is: you really shouldn’t be listening to hypnosis when you’re in a moving vehicle, especially not if you’re the one driving.
You should be completely undistracted when listening to hypnosis downloads.
But when you’re driving, you need to pay attention to the road. And in fact, it could be dangerous to listen to a hypnosis download when driving, so you should never do that.
Another mistake that people often make is that they are chatting on their smart phone or tablet while listening to a hypnosis download.
This isn’t dangerous – but it just makes no sense. Chatting or browsing the internet or checking Facebook all takes too much of your mental attention away from the hypnosis download.
You see, hypnosis is not just something you consume passively. It’s not enough for the hypnotic suggestions to enter your ear.
You should really be focused on listening.
Then, if during the course of listening you start to drift away into sleep, or start to daydream, that’s fine, that’s part of the hypnotic process. But you shouldn’t be mentally engaged in other activities, because that would interfere with the effectiveness of the audio hypnosis you’re listening to.
Another mistake people make with hypnosis downloads is that they listen to them once, and then expect to be changed.
But just because this happens sometimes, it doesn’t mean that that’s the way it is usually.
In fact, most of the time you should listen to hypnosis downloads regularly.
Think of it as “medicine for the mind”.
If you take some medicine, it’s not a one time thing. You need to take it regularly, until you’re cured.
Or think of it as going to the gym. If you really want to get fit, then going once isn’t enough. Muscles build and fat gets lost because you regularly go to work out and break a sweat.
And the same is true for hypnosis: it’s a wonderful, powerful method to initiate change in your life. But it’s not magic. In order for it to work, you got to work with it. You got to invest some time and effort into it.
