A lot of people still are stuck in life with tthings they don’t like about themselves. The reason why they stay that way for years and years is not because they’re unable to change, but because they BELIEVE that they are unable to change.
Since they don’t believe in their ability to change, they won’t even try.

– What other behaviors need to meet?
– What resources do I can have everything ready to make the change?
– What internal or external resources going to have to find out?
– What could change this habit is to me and everything else in my life, both positively and negatively?
These questions are valuable questions to ask yourself before making a change.
