Peter Bregman recently published an article very worth reading on how to manage your attention and become more focused. Here’s my “visual summary”:
Basically, he says there are two lists you should look at every day:
- the things you choose to pay attention to,
- and the things you choose to ignore.
He stresses the point that both are of equal value, because reducing distraction is necessary.
Another way to is to use hypnosis to improve mental focus and concentration.
